Global ecological congress 2016

Task:

To make a pavilion of the Russian Protected Areas, which will shock all the participants of the congress of reserves and national parks from around the world. This pavilion needs to be loaded onto a ship and installed in Hawaii as quickly as possible! Oh yes … We couldn’t use metal or plastic. Everything must be environmentally friendly and recyclable.

Solution:

There are no unsolvable problems. We used cardboard as our main material. We managed to make great furniture, stands and reception desks of it. Multimedia screens are compact and contain a lot of information, so we used a lot of media technologies, and tablets and screens were then returned to Russia and transferred to different reserves. It turned out that not everyone coped with the task: the Russian pavilion was the only one except the WWF stand, which used only environmentally friendly materials.

The environmentally friendly bear is just as fierce, nevertheless it is made of paper! It welcomes guests and motivates them to work productively.

How to put 100 years of history in one stand?

We use interpretation methods: infographics, processing the material into visual and convenient forms, illustrations, symplistic and powerful text.

The map of international projects of Russian Protected Areas and the chronological lane of showing the 100-year history of Russian reserves and national parks.

Little joys

We developed handouts, souvenirs, gifts and wrote event scripts for the Russian pavilion.

Work days

The Hawaiian Congress was one of the most interesting and challenging projects in our practice. Designing, transporting, installing an object to the other part of the Earth is a serious challenge that we successfully coped with. And we are proud of it!

The beach is close, but we have no time for rest! Neither do our Hawaiian fellow contractors, but the guys managed just fine.

Positive reviews in dozens of languages.
